Ranger Rosary Ministry Mission Statement:

The rugged combat rosaries are to be sent to our
servicemen and women serving throughout the world.
The rosaries are distributed by chaplains, especially
those deployed in combat zones, those at stateside
training bases, the Navy fleet and military hospitals

Our goals are to spread the message, generate
interest and have others begin groups to make
rosaries and send to our troops. We will
provide a sample kit to make rosaries. Send
your address to pat.rosary@hotmail.com
for further information or call us
at (410) 990-4100 ext. 4129.

There is a urgent need for more combat rosary makers.  One third of the military are
Catholic and the chaplains' requests are increasing.  Due to the scarcity of Catholic
chaplains, the Protestant chaplains also ask for these rosaries for their Catholic
troops.  St.  Mary's alone has made and sent over 100,000 Ranger Rosaries since
the war began.  Many other groups around the country are now making these
combat rosaries to try to keep up with the 100 plus chaplains' requests.  See
Coordinator's Corner to make a starter kit that makes five rosaries and a finished
rosary.  Start your own rosary making group if possible.
